Samsung Mobile Innovator, its mobile software development arm, has released the first version of the Samsung i8910 DevPack to enable interested developers to start making applications for the soon-to-be-released i8910 Omnia HD smartphone.
At the moment the DevPack contains:
- Emulator for testing and debugging applications. The Emulator includes Samsung i8910 bitmaps (skins), key mappings, and customisations required to reproduce the i8910 look and feel and device behaviour on the Emulator
- Example programs
- Documentation
